MEET OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM
Lisette Noonan, Head of School
Educated in the Eastern Cape, Mrs Noonan completed her tertiary studies at the University of Port Elizabeth before embarking on her teaching career at Outeniqua Primary School, George. After re- locating to Pretoria, she taught at St Marys’ DSG, Assumption Convent and then at St Paulus Primary School, where she was Head of Senior Primary, Sport Co-ordinator and Acting Principal. Mrs Noonan joined Reddam House Waterfall. Mrs Noonan joined Reddam House Waterfall from Pretoria Chinese School where she was Headmistress of the Pre, Primary and High schools for a number of years.
Liséttè was Headmistress at Reddam House Waterfall College from August 2014 until June 2018. Having started as Headmistress for Grades 1 – 12, with significant growth in numbers, she became the College Headmistress for Grades 7 - 12. With Liséttè at the helm of Reddam House Waterfall, her students consistently achieved a 100% Matric Pass with bachelor’s degree, since the first matric group in 2015. She secured an annual University of Pretoria scholarship for the Reddam House Waterfall Dux Scholar, with no restrictions regarding their chosen course. College sporting teams established in 2014 started winning leagues; Cricket; Hockey; Touch Rugby; Netball and Swimming. Acclaimed College theatrical productions – “Legally Blonde” and “Footloose” – had students performing with a live student band. Reddam House Waterfall won the High School General Knowledge Quiz against seventeen other schools in The Star Newspaper Quiz competition, while the College Showcase was invited to perform at Eskom National Engineering 2016 Awards.
Liséttè took up the reins at Reddam House Atlantic Seaboard College in July 2018.
Ravi Nadasen, Chief Executive Officer - South Africa
Ravi Nadasen is the Chief Executive Officer for Africa at the Inspired Education Group, where he oversees a prestigious network of premium schools across the region. Before his transition into the education sector in 2020, Ravi built a distinguished career in the hospitality industry, ultimately serving as the Chief Operating Officer for Tsogo Sun Hotels. He holds an MBA from the University of Stellenbosch and has been a prominent leader in regional development, having served as interim Chairperson of South African Tourism, Deputy Chairperson of the Tourism Business Council of South Africa, and an advisor on the Minister of Tourism’s B-BBEE Charter Council. Blending his extensive background in operational excellence with a passion for transformative leadership, Ravi plays a pivotal role in driving Inspired's strategic growth and educational excellence across multiple countries.
Nadim M Nsouli, Founder & CEO, Inspired Education Group
Nadim M Nsouli founded Inspired in 2013 with the goal of creating a leading global group of premium schools. Starting with Inspired’s first acquisition of Reddam House, a leading group of schools in South Africa, Nadim rapidly expanded the group globally via a
series of acquisitions and building greenfield schools while maintaining the focus on only having the best schools around the world as part of the group.
Prior to founding Inspired, Nadim was a partner at Providence Equity Partners, a private equity firm with $40 billion under management. Nadim was also a member of Providence's Global Investment Committee and led Providence's Education investment efforts in Europe and the Middle East. Prior to joining Providence in 2006, Nadim was the European head of The Gores Group, a special situations private equity fund based in Los Angeles. Previously, Nadim was a member of the media and telecommunications investment banking teams of Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan in London.
Nadim started his career in New York as a corporate lawyer at Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue. Nadim received a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD with distinction, a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (magna cum laude) from Georgetown University.
